Terms of Service for AccuFirma

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with AccuFirma through accufirma.com, you agree to the terms outlined herein. These terms apply to all services, digital offerings, and goods provided by AccuFirma.

2. Services

AccuFirma delivers professional accounting and advisory support tailored to small and medium enterprises and independent professionals. Details of service scopes and deliverables are set forth in engagement letters or project agreements.

3. Digital Offerings

Our digital offerings include guides, templates, and other downloadable materials. All access and usage rights are granted upon purchase and are subject to the terms herein.

4. Physical Goods

We may offer physical items such as branded stationery or printed materials. Product specifications, availability, and shipping details are provided during purchase.

5. Refund and Transfer Policy

5.1 Accounting and Advisory Services

Cancellations requested in writing within 5 business days of signing an engagement are eligible for a full refund or credit toward future services. Once work has commenced per the engagement agreement, services become non-refundable due to resource allocation and scheduling commitments. However, you may request to defer the ongoing service to a later date without penalty, subject to mutual agreement.

5.2 Digital Offerings

Requests for refunds on digital offerings must be made within 7 days of purchase and prior to any download or access. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. To request a refund, please use our contact form.

5.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods are returnable within 30 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the product is defective. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. A restocking fee may apply when packaging is opened.
